My poor blog. Unused, out of date, lonely. What can I say? There’s no excuse for such treatment, outside of a to-do list where “blogging” consistently lands at the bottom. Which is unfortunate, because a blog is a voice. And voices are meant to be heard.

In the din of voices that surround nutrition and fitness, I believe that a voice of reason sharing practical, realistic tips and information is one that people would like to hear, or in this case, read.

I aim to be that voice, channeled through my poor, abandoned blog.

So after a much-too-long hiatus, I’m resuscitating my blog; blog CPR if you will. More later today, but for now, this feels like a good start.
