Do you think your breast cancer is your fault?

Maybe you think so, because you “indulged” too often in all the junky, fatty, sugary, unhealthy food you LOVE?

If only the path from disease-free to breast cancer diagnosis were that straightforward.

Science tells us it’s not.

But you’re not sure.

You’re convinced all the foods you love will make your breast cancer come back, so you decide to cut all those “questionable” foods from your diet.

But you’re starving. Feeling deprived. Bored with your (safe) food choices.

That’s no way to live, especially after all you’ve been through!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE FOOD YOU CHOOSE

The good news is, the foods you choose can have a positive impact on recurrence risk, which is why I encourage you to uplevel your diet from day one of your diagnosis.

But please know this.

No SINGLE food improves your breast cancer survival rate or reduces recurrence risk.

It’s your overall pattern of eating that has the most impact, so aim to make that pattern as nourishing and health-supportive as you can.

A few suggestions:

  • Healthy fats
  • Fiber (all types!)
  • Plenty of produce

The food you ate isn’t to blame for your hormone-positive breast cancer, and btw, neither are you.
